MTM Books operates an online platform for publishing, selling, and distributing digital ebooks. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Ebooks are delivered as downloadable PDF files or viewable through an embedded online reader.

3. Purchases and Payment

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the ebook and a unique access token for online reading.
• Purchase records are retained for verification and tax compliance purposes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted if the ebook file is proven defective or corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at mtm3283@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt and a description of the issue.

5. License and Intellectual Property

• All ebooks, content, trademarks, and materials on this Site are the intellectual property of MTM Books or its licensors.
• Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read the ebook for your own personal use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly share the ebook or any part thereof without prior written consent.
• Sharing download tokens or access links with third parties is prohibited and may result in revocation of access without refund.
